New Vega in Paris is seeking a proactive event intern to support a dynamic team in shaping client briefs, proposals, budgets and supplier coordination.

You will work across projects, coordinate stakeholders, and help prepare post-event reports, with an emphasis on organization, communication and hands-on contribution. A Master’s level track and English fluency are expected, with Paris-based duties in the 10th arrondissement.

Qualifications

• Active involvement in events and hands-on collaboration with teams.
• Highly organised, dynamic and determined to deliver.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
• Proficiency with IT tools, including Office suite and online platforms.
• Professional English working level required.
• Master’s level studies completed or in progress (4+ years).

Responsabilités

• Taking and analysing briefs from clients.
• Contributing to development of commercial and strategic proposals.
• Preparing preliminary budgets for events.
• Briefing service providers and negotiating with suppliers.
