Illuminem in Paris is seeking a dynamic leader to head our media team, engineering virality through content creation and aggregation. You’ll manage our network of sustainability experts, curate the newsletter, and close media sales while forming strategic partnerships with clients and partners.

You will animate our community and run daily operations of a 24/7 platform that shapes how sustainability is communicated worldwide.

Qualifications

Reliability and responsiveness from Day 1 with ownership of key responsibilities.
Multitask and prioritise effectively while coaching a team.
Deep understanding of virality and ability to craft engagement strategies.
Flexibility to lead across daily operations and long-term projects.
3+ years in business, media, or marketing environments.
Creative design and storytelling to generate viral traction.
Passion for sustainability and its communication.
Strong analytical skills and performance tracking.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Adapt quickly to a high-growth environment and evolving tools.
