Crossbeam Ventures is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join the Ventures team in Paris. You’ll contribute to Pace or Trace, owning real features end to end—from design to production—building AI agents and integrations that ship to real users within days.

The role offers a chance to work with a founding team and gain inside visibility into building products from zero, with the resources of a scaling company behind you. Strong Python and curiosity about LLMs are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid programming fundamentals, ideally in Python.
• Genuine curiosity about LLMs and AI agents — you’ve built something, even a side project.
• Final-year student or second half of a gap year.

Responsabilités

• Design and ship product features across the stack (Python, FastAPI, Langgraph, PostgreSQL, Temporal, Pinecone).
• Build and improve AI agents powered by Claude and LangGraph — reasoning over messy real-world data.
• Develop integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, and call recording platforms like Gong.
• Use AI tools daily to accelerate what you build and ship.
• Take part in product discussions and have a real voice in what we build and why.
