Job summary

Tsuga is hiring in Paris where the team is based; 3 days a week in the office. You will join the central team of 4 senior engineers and work closely with product and other engineering teams to ship value rapidly.

We move fast and ship to prod several times a day, leaning on AI but maintaining strong review standards. You will have opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful product improvements in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building software in fast-growing environments.
• Experience with distributed systems or observability.
• Comfort communicating in English daily.
• Willingness to own end-to-end features and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Bonus: experience with NodeJS and Rust.

Responsibilities

• Build critical features end-to-end to solve real customer problems.
• Own the platform and fix issues across the stack.
• Push our AI frontier by enabling data retrieval and autonomous incident troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product, Frontend, and Storage on cross-functional priorities.
