Eni Plenitude Renewables France is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to oversee the O&M activities and the full lifecycle of photovoltaic assets at a national level in Paris, France.

You will optimize operational, economic and regulatory performance, supervise AM and O&M contracts, monitor production, and validate maintenance plans with regular site inspections. The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and PV experience, with travel about twice a month.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering required.
• Relevant experience in photovoltaic sector (maintenance or construction).
• Strong PV knowledge and LV/MV electrical systems experience desirable.
• Knowledge of battery storage (BESS) is a plus.
• Proficiency in French (native or C2) and English (B2).

Responsabilités

• Technical management of assets and O&M contracts.
• Monitoring performance (PR, availability, production).
• Validation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Supervision of major interventions and on-site inspections.
• Financial and contractual management and OPEX monitoring.
• Revenue analysis (PPA, market remuneration).
• Management of warranties, insurance, and contractual penalties.
• Preparation of periodic reporting and asset optimisation.
