Job summary

Dweet LTD. is seeking an experienced Stock Controller based at our Paris headquarters to oversee stock accuracy, inventory control and stock movements across France and Italy. The role combines stock management with store support, training and process improvement.

You will work closely with Head of Retail Sales and Store Managers to ensure reliable stock processes, consistent standards and efficient cross-channel coordination. Travel to stores in FR and IT is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of stock management/inventory control experience in retail or wholesale.
• Experience managing stock across multiple locations or channels.
• E-commerce experience is a plus.
• Fluent English and professional communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores in France and Italy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock accuracy across locations and sales channels in France and Italy.
• Coordinate inventories, cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions in stock movements.
• Manage stock transfers and inventory transactions through CEGID.
• Maintain back-of-house organisation, product handling, labeling and stock control procedures.
• Analyze stock data and understand financial and operational impact of inventory movements.
• Coordinate stock flows across Retail and Wholesale channels in France and Italy.
• Act as a key contact for stock-related matters with Head of Retail Sales and Store Managers.
• Audit stock during store visits and support operational teams.
• Train store teams on stock management, inventory procedures, and system usage.
• Support store maintenance, supplier coordination and refurbishments.
• Develop and maintain stock reports, tracking tools and documentation.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and propose improvements.
• Contribute to development and implementation of operational standards across the network.
