Bbhotels Group is looking for an M&A Associate based in Paris to support the full transaction lifecycle on hotel acquisitions. You will work on approximately 80 to 100 deals annually and interact closely with top executives.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree and 3 to 4 years of experience, preferably in Transaction Services or corporate finance. Proficiency in financial modelling and fluent English are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of post-master experience, Transaction Services or Big4 audit strongly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with research tools.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.

Responsabilités

• Support the full transaction lifecycle from deal origination to investment committee preparation.
• Manage Due Diligence processes and review reports.
• Produce investment presentations for top executives and shareholders.
