Job summary

Mediobanca, a leading financial institution, invites applications for a Junior Analyst in Paris. The role spans financing opportunities across corporate lending, leveraged finance and infrastructure lending, working with senior bankers and clients from day one.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in relevant financial services, strong analytical and modelling skills, and fluency in English and French. Italian is a plus, with a collaborative, fast-paced environment in Paris-based teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, debt advisory or audit.
• Fluency in English and French is required; Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support deal execution, liaising with clients, legal counsel and internal teams.
• Build and maintain financial models for live transactions.
• Prepare pitches, market updates and credit papers.
• Review debt documentation with senior bankers and external counsel.
• Assist origination efforts and onboarding of interns.
