Ubisoft in Paris is seeking a Community Developer to lead the global community strategy across major Ubisoft titles. You will develop plans, grow player communities, and coordinate with international teams to deliver engaging content and meaningful player interactions.

You will work closely with Production, Publishing, and Marketing to shape player experiences, drive engagement, and support live operations across brands like March of Giants.

Qualifications

• Experience managing online communities with strategic plans in a professional setting.
• Extensive experience in the gaming industry across multiple platforms.
• Experience in social media marketing and digital asset creation (video, photo, podcasts).
• Experience in a demanding production environment with deadlines and metrics.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute community plans that align with Production and marketing objectives.
• Grow and maintain existing communities in line with business goals.
• Coordinate messaging with multiple global departments for cohesive communication.
• Create meaningful content for players (blogs, podcasts, infographics, etc.).
• Act as a spokesperson for the brand and coordinate community events.
• Collaborate with Social Media Manager to define KPIs and report on ROI of programs.
