Ubisoft Annecy is seeking a Community Developer to build and grow our player communities around Ubisoft’s games. You will lead global community strategy, engage players, and partner with a distributed international team to earn trust and drive satisfaction.

You will create content, coordinate with live and publishing teams, analyze feedback, and optimize communications across titles, with opportunities to travel for events and studio visits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing online communities and developing strategic programs.
• Gaming industry background with multiple platforms is a strong plus.
• Experience in social media marketing and digital asset creation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute community plans aligning with brand objectives.
• Grow and nurture Ubisoft's game communities globally.
• Coordinate messaging with global departments for cohesive campaigns.
• Create content for players (blogs, podcasts, infographics, etc.).
• Represent players' needs to Production and Publishing teams.
