Youll provide vote recommendations to clients, engage with issuers on general meetings, and support proxy report inquiries while contributing to research papers and governance policy development. Strong language and research skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law, Finance, Economics or Political Sciences.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to understand highly technical governance documents.

Responsibilities

• Analyze governance data and financial information to deliver reports on French-listed companies based on ISS voting policy.
• Provide vote recommendations to clients for shareholders' meetings.
• Engage with issuers regarding general meetings and proxy reports.
