Job summary

Prophesee seeks a Corporate Communications Manager to shape and amplify its corporate voice, strengthen brand and reputation, and drive clear, engaging messaging across the organization.

Reporting to the CEO, you will define and execute the communications strategy, coordinating external communications, media relations, and internal communications with Marketing and HR. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on writing and execution in a fast-moving, international deeptech company.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in corporate communications, agency and/or in-house in B2B technology, deeptech or industrial environments.
• Clear, precise writer and editor in English and French (full professional fluency).
• Ability to turn complex technical topics into clear messages.
• Discretion in security/defense communications and strict confidentiality.
• Plan, budget and execute communications initiatives independently.
• Collaborate with CEO, leaders, Marketing, HR, technical teams and external partners.
• Autonomy and initiative in a fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with digital tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and run the corporate communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Own brand voice, messaging framework and ensure consistency across channels.
• Support marketing, technical teams, tenders, website and social media.
• Prepare messages and materials for CEO, leadership, investors and authorities; build executive visibility.
• Act as main contact for PR agency and manage media relations.
• Coordinate press releases, announcements and spokespeople; monitor coverage and manage crisis responses.
• Run internal comms plan (newsletter, intranet, Slack, All Hands) and support HR employer branding.
• Turn business priorities into plans, budgets and timelines with external partners.
• Measure media coverage, message reach, and internal engagement.
