Job summary

Bank of America in Paris is seeking a Compliance and Operational Risk Program Oversight Specialist to support the GROQC team. The role focuses on QC and quality reviews to ensure adherence to Global Compliance and Operational Risk policies and the CORM program.

The successful candidate will work with policy owners and risk teams to report QC findings and to promote consistent execution across Front Line Units, emphasizing risk management, controls, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with several years of experience in Monitoring, Surveillance, and Testing.
• Experience with Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management.
• Ability to communicate and influence Front Line Units to adhere to the program.

Responsibilities

• Draws accurate conclusions and formulates solutions to support decision-making and analysis of results.
• Supports process management, quality assurance, control measurement, and testing tasks.
• Understands and maintains knowledge of Global Compliance and Operational Risk Enterprise Policies and Compliance and Operational Risk Management program elements.
• Collaborates across functions to understand requirements and promote effective execution of the CORM Program.
• Applies business knowledge to communicate and influence Front Line Units with adherence to the program.
