Bank of America is seeking a Compliance and Operational Risk Program Oversight Specialist in Paris to support the GROQC team with QC and Quality Reviews ensuring alignment with Global Compliance and Operational Risk policies.

The role engages with policy owners and risk teams to report QC findings, promote consistent execution of the CORM Program, and collaborate across functions to influence front-line units while maintaining rigorous standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with several years of relevant experience.
• Experience in monitoring, surveillance, and testing processes.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and risk management.
• Proven ability to report findings and influence control improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description:

This job is responsible for supporting the Global Risk and Operations Quality Control (GROQC) team in conducting Quality Control (QC) and Quality Reviews to assess the execution of the Global Compliance Enterprise Policy, the Operational Risk Enterprise Policy and Compliance and Operational Risk Management (CORM) Program. Key responsibilities include assisting with the engagement of the Corporate Compliance and Operational Risk policy owners and Global Compliance and Operational Risk teams to understand program requirements, report QC findings, and to promote consistent and effective execution of the CORM Program.
