OLIVER is seeking an Account Director to lead day-to-day studio operations, overseeing a cross-functional team and reporting to the Business Director. You will be responsible for the quality, consistency, and financial performance of the account across Europe, building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.

Role requires balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on management, driving growth opportunities and ensuring profitable delivery of campaigns for a diverse client

Qualifications

• Experience leading content creation at a strategic level in an international environment.
• Fluent English and French required in a global business.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team (PMs, Creatives, Social Strategists).
• Serve as primary client contact, building senior-level trust.
• Translate client insights into clear creative direction across channels.
• Oversee end-to-end creative process from brief to delivery across social, video, POS, DOOH, and web.
• Manage resources and budget to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.
• Drive opportunities to expand scope and senior relationships.
• Monitor and improve processes for efficiency without compromising quality.
