Licorne Society recherche des experts Paid Media expérimentés pour rejoindre notre équipe internationale en croissance. Vous gérerez un portefeuille de clients internationaux, concevrez et optimiserez des stratégies multicanales paid media et assurerez le ROI.

Vous travaillerez avec les équipes SEO, créatif et data, afin de livrer des solutions intégrées pour des budgets importants et des marchés US/EU; leadership et gestion de clientèles seniors exigés.

Qualifications

• Expérience minimum de 2–3 ans en paid media.
• Gestion de comptes internationaux et multi‑marchés.
• Capacité à dépasser les objectifs sur des comptes complexes.
• Compétences en communication et présentation à des interlocuteurs seniors.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller stratégique et designer des roadmaps multicanales paid media.
• Gérer un portefeuille de clients enterprise avec des footprints US et EU.
• Piloter l’exécution et l’optimisation de campagnes à grande échelle (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok…).
• Contribuer au développement de processus internes et encadrer l’équipe.

Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced and results‑driven Paid Media Experts to join our fast‑growing international team. Managing a portfolio of high‑end and global clients, you will be responsible for providing expert‑level consulting services, specializing in the design, execution, and optimization of sophisticated paid media strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the paid media ecosystem, a proven track record of driving significant ROI for clients, and exceptional client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Consulting

• Act as a trusted advisor, translating client business objectives into advanced multi‑channel paid media strategies.
• Design tailored roadmaps including tactical execution plans, budget allocation, and KPI frameworks.
• Collaborate with SEO, creative, and data teams to deliver integrated and performance‑driven solutions.
• Stay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to provide forward‑thinking recommendations.

High‑end client Relationship Management

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise and high‑growth clients with strong US and EU footprints.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with senior‑level client stakeholders.
• Clearly communicate complex strategies and performance insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Conduct regular client check‑ins and business reviews to discuss performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Campaign Management & Optimization

• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of large‑scale campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, programmatic, native advertising).
• Drive sophisticated targeting, bidding, and segmentation strategies.
• Leverage advanced analytics (with support from our Data team) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Contribute to the development of internal processes, methodologies and training programs.

Qualifications:

Experience

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in paid media is required.
• A proven track record in managing multiple international accounts.
• Proven experience working with scale up and enterprise‑level clients with complex organizational structures.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed performance targets on complex, multi‑market accounts.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
