Romaric is looking for his Packaging Specialist to join the R&D Nutrition Packaging team, made up of over 40 people across 5 Nestlé sites worldwide.

The team is international, and communication is conducted in English, so fluency in spoken, written, and read English is mandatory.

The team focuses on developing new packaging systems, including materials and equipment, with a strong emphasis on environmental issues.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing and following up on an innovation project aligned with Nestlé’s sustainability goals

• Supporting the Packaging team in various tasks, such as line trials, lab testing, and quality document management

• Exploring innovation ideas, conducting market research, and analyzing competitor packaging to identify new materials

• Identifying packaging to be optimized and collaborating with suppliers to reduce costs without affecting machinability

• Gathering the necessary information to create proofs of concept and estimating potential savings through optimizations

ABOUT YOU:

• Master’s degree (Bac +5) with a specialization in packaging

• Known for your strong attention to detail, curiosity, and critical thinking

Romaric recherche son Packaging specialist qui rejoindra l’équipe R&D Nutrition packaging constituée de plus de 40 personnes réparties sur 5 sites Nestlé dans le monde.

L'équipe est internationale, les communications se font en anglais donc la maîtrise de l\'anglais parlé, lu et écrit est obligatoire.

L'équipe se concentre sur le développement de nouveaux systèmes d'emballage incluant des matériaux et de l'equipement, et accorde une grande importance aux enjeux environnementaux.

Vous serez responsable de :

• Gérez et suivez un projet d'innovation en accord avec les objectifs de durabilité de Nestlé

• Soutenez l'équipe Packaging dans diverses tâches, telles que les essais en ligne, les tests en laboratoire et la gestion des documents qualité

• Prospectez des idées d'innovation, réalisez des études de marché et analysez les emballages de la concurrence pour identifier de nouveaux matériaux

• Identifiez les emballages à optimiser et collaborez avec les fournisseurs pour réduire les coûts sans impacter la machinabilité

• Collectez les informations nécessaires pour réaliser des "proofs of concept" et estimez le potentiel d'économies grâce aux optimisations
