Description du poste

This role will be responsible for the project management and delivery of significant size projects for a utilities client, reporting to the EMEA Practice Manager.

Primary responsibility: Manage the implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer-to-Meter products for clients, covering all project management aspects from kick-off to closure, including on-site client engagement.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Authorize daily project operations within established constraints.
• Ensure operational and financial metrics, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain project profitability and quality of delivery.
• Plan and monitor project delivery using MS Project.
• Prepare and maintain project work products according to methodology.
• Manage resource planning and allocation.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Report on project progress during all phases.
• Manage project risks and issues.
• Oversee change control and configuration management.
• Collaborate directly with external customers.

Industry and Technical Knowledge:

• At least 10 years of client-facing project management experience in application development, implementation, and software upgrades.
• Experience managing project teams of around 30 resources and approximately 6000 days, including offshore centers and external subcontractors.
• Experience managing projects with budgets between $2 million and $6 million.
• Preferably 5+ years in the utilities industry (electricity, gas, water).
• Knowledge of Oracle Utilities products such as CCB and C2M is preferred.
• Experience delivering fixed-price and T&M projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Possession of Project Management Certification.
