Description du poste

Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own Rendez-Vous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution. IO has two generations of missions

"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO.

"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.

About the Role

Within the Core equipments team , you contribute to the development, characterization and calibration of current and future space camera systems. This position covers optical engineering, electro-optical characterization, image processing and experimental work. You will take ownership of camera characterization benches, from their development and improvement to the execution and analysis of test campaigns. Beyond measuring camera performance, the objective is to understand system limitations and propose improvements to both the test facilities and the camera itself.
