CAILabs, based in Rennes, is seeking a skilled technician to manufacture and inspect high-precision optical components within an advanced production environment. You will work on robotic micrometric manufacturing cells and contribute to new process development and industrialization.

You will perform metrology checks, participate in process optimization, collaborate with Methods and R&D, and ensure quality, traceability, and conformity of operations.

• Analyze and manufacture precision optical parts using a robotic micrometric manufacturing cell.
• Manufacture optical components using high-precision production equipment.
• Carry out the various steps required for the production and processing of parts.
• Perform metrology checks and analyze the results obtained to ensure product conformity.
• Participate in the adjustment, improvement and optimization of manufacturing processes.
• Contribute to solving technical issues in collaboration with the Methods and R&D teams.
• Ensure the quality, traceability and conformity of the operations performed.
• Take part in the company's innovation projects.

Within the Operations department and reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will contribute to the manufacturing and inspection of high-precision optical components for innovative technology applications. You will actively participate in the development and industrialization of new manufacturing processes in a highly demanding technical environment.
