A leading recruitment firm in France is seeking a hands-on operational and technical leader to optimize and automate internal processes across departments. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of relevant experience and a track record in building efficient workflows and leading small teams. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary range of USD 3,000 – 4,000/month, operating from Monday to Friday.
We are looking for a hands‑on operational and technical leader who will drive the optimization and automation of processes across all internal departments (Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, Administration, etc.).
Your role will be to make everything faster, smarter, and more scalable, by implementing and integrating tools, workflows, and AI‑powered solutions.
You will lead the Ops / Tech department (5 people today) and work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into concrete improvements, automations, and workflows.
This role is suitable for someone who has already built and automated processes, not just supervised them — a doer who can also lead.
