We are seeking diligent and skilled Operators to join our team. The Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate various types of machinery and equipment according to established procedures and guidelines.
• Monitoring: Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations from standards, and make necessary adjustments.
• Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and compliance with specifications, identifying and addressing any defects or issues.
• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and making minor repairs.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and any maintenance or repair activities.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions, seeking assistance from maintenance personnel when necessary.
• Efficiency Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to coordinate activities and ensure seamless production operations.
