H.Essers in France is seeking an Operations Manager to lead P&L for transport customers and operations, translating strategic vision into actionable plans for profitability, efficiency and people management.

You will drive cross-department collaboration, ensure continuous operations, monitor performance, and nurture relationships with existing clients while spotting opportunities for new business in an international logistics context.
