A leading global logistics provider is seeking an Operations Manager for Air Export to oversee airfreight forwarding operations. Qualifications

• 3 years of working experience, preferably from airfreight forwarding industry.
• Knowledge of operational requirements and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

Job title

Position requirements and constraints (working hours…)

Mondays to Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Support team members on all airfreight forwarding related administration and activities
- Prepare management and analytical reports including BSA reports, KPIs, etc. to facilitate business decision making and process improvement
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (e.g. service providers) to facilitate the team workflow
- Handle ad hoc assignments and projects at Greater China level as required by the Management

Applicant's profile

- Diploma or above, degree holder preferred
- 3 years of working experience, preferably from airfreight forwarding industry
- Good data analytical skills
- Knowledge of operational requirements and regulatory compliance would be advantageous
- Proficiency in using MS Office, Outlook, and other computer software applications
- Good communication skill and detail-minded
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Manager, Air Export
