Wheely is seeking an Operations Intern in Paris to work across the France Operations team, focusing on acquisition, retention, and chauffeur management. You will turn data into insights, prepare dashboards, and support live projects from week one.

Requirements include enrolling in a top French school, comfort with SQL, and fluency in French and English; 3–6 month availability and full-time on-site work in Paris are expected.

The Role

Wheely runs a high-frequency, luxury marketplace – precision isn't a goal here, it's the baseline. As an Operations Intern in Paris, you'll work inside the France Operations team across the full chauffeur lifecycle: acquisition, retention, and day-to-day chauffeur management. This is a flexible internship (3 to 6 months, depending on your need) available immediately or in the coming weeks.

This isn't a coffee-and-slides internship. You'll carry real workstreams, with real stakes, from week one.

Responsibilities

• Support chauffeur acquisition, retention, and day-to-day chauffeur management across the France Operations team.
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights — root-causing issues, tracking initiatives, and flagging what's working and what isn't.
• Prepare data pulls, dashboards, and analyses for the wider Ops and leadership team.
• Act as a day-to-day Wheely representative to the chauffeur community.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a top French grande école, école d'ingénieur, or university (final year or gap year/césure).
• Comfortable with data and eager to build hands-on skills in SQL (no prior knowledge required, but is a plus).
• A structured thinker who turns ambiguity into a plan, not a shrug.
• Clear communicator, able to summarise a complex point simply.
• Available for 3 to 6 months.
• Fluent French and English.
• Based in Paris, ability to work full-time in the office 5 days a week.
