Job summary

McKinsey & Company in Paris seeks a participant in the two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP). You will work on client engagements, diagnose issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations. You will gain leading-edge operations and consultancy skills through on-the-job coaching.

You will follow a curriculum across six areas of operations and participate in functional training, ultimately joining a global network of operational experts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with exceptional academics.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods or Q/C compliance is a plus.
• Proven leadership and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities
