Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with exceptional academic performance.
• Interest or experience in AI-powered service innovation and Generative AI.
• Proven leadership in a work setting and/or through extracurricular activities.
• Willingness to undertake European assignments during the work week.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language.

Responsibilities

• Work on client engagements in McKinsey's Operations Excellence Program (OEP).
• Identify issues, form hypotheses, design analyses, and synthesize conclusions into recommendations.
• Gain leading edge operations and consultancy skills through on-the-job coaching and structured capability-building.
• Be based in one of our European offices as part of the Operations Practice, blending strategic thinking with hands-on practicality.
• Help clients imagine and implement AI-native service models and digitization strategies across front- and back-office operations.
