Job summary

EggAI Technologies GmbH is leading a UK-facing, remote transformation programme to replace a core banking system with agentic AI capabilities. You will define what production readiness means and prove it at each regulatory gate, collaborating with client teams and MSPs under EggAI’s platform leadership.

The role is remote with regular London presence for gate weeks and workshops, reporting to the Programme Plan and Execution Lead.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading IT operations teams.
• Experience implementing SLOs and error budgets.
• Deep infrastructure knowledge: telemetry, redundancies, backups.
• Incident management with post-incident reviews.
• Experience in regulated financial services or audit-driven environments.
• Experience working with managed service providers.
• Ability to lead a multi-stakeholder programme.

Responsibilities

• Reliability targets — set the SLO and error-budget framework with the client and ensure ownership.
• Observability and detection — define required telemetry and logging across Tier-1 services and agentic workloads.
• The incident and change path — set runbook standards, incident classifications, and change-failure metrics.
• Capacity and performance — direct headroom planning and chaos/game-day for critical rails and workloads.
• Gate evidence — own the Operational Acceptance Report and readiness certifications.
• The operating organisation — define responsibilities between client teams and MSPs and lead the change.
