Magellium Artal Group seeks an Open Source Geomatics Consultant to maintain and advance a GIS platform serving energy production assets. Based in Paris, you will work in an open-source environment on a key project for a major energy-transition client and collaborate with a skilled geomatics team.

The role emphasizes performance improvements, incident analysis, and the evolution of geographic services, including automation and data quality controls. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• You hold a master’s degree in geomatics, GIS, or a related field, and have at least 4-5 years of experience working on GIS projects in an open-source environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintenance of the GIS platform in operational condition (TMA).
• Continuous improvement in performance, quality, and data reliability.
• Analysis and resolution of complex incidents (data, services, architecture).
• Design and evolution of geographic services.
• Automation and industrialisation of processing.
• GIS data structuring, quality control, and analysis.
• Support and guidance for business and technical teams.
