Job Description

You will join the OPCI accounting team at AEW. As part of the delegated management of French companies primarily engaged in real estate activities in the form of OPCIs, the company accountant will have the following daily responsibilities :

  • Participate in the implementation, monitoring, and optimization of accounting procedures;
  • Ensure the rigorous accounting and tax oversight of managed companies, to guarantee the production and quality of accounts;
  • Periodically analyze and justify the accounts of clients (reconciliation of general accounting with subsidiary accounting, balance sheet, and income statement);
  • Produce the legal (accounting, social, and tax) statements of clients within deadlines;
  • Participate in planning the accounting closing operations with the department head.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Experience

With a background in accounting (BTS, DCG), you have at least 2 years of experience in accounting roles, ideally in a real estate portfolio management company.

You are proficient in :

  • Preparing financial statements, monthly and annual tax declarations ;
  • Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word);
  • Using accounting software (SAGE X3, CEGID).

You have excellent interpersonal skills and very good listening abilities, and you are :

  • Meticulous and demonstrate analytical and synthetic thinking.
