Desjardins is seeking a Personal Finance Advisor to develop and maintain lasting relationships with members and clients, listening to needs and offering tailored financial solutions. You will advise on investments, loans and insurance to help clients reach their goals, while balancing client satisfaction with profitability and prudent risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• Willingness to travel to service centres in Senneterre, Lebel-sur-Quévillon, and Val-d'Or.

Responsabilités

• Advise members and clients on the best strategies and work with them to identify expected results.
• Manage business relationships, assess member/client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date on the financial services industry, market trends and best practices in your field.
• Participate in outreach activities and represent the caisse in the community.
