The OneTech segment of TotalEnergies was set up in 2021 to bring together all the Company’s technical and scientific skills, across all energies. 3,400 engineers, technicians and researchers work together at nine sites in Europe to achieve TotalEnergies’ ambitions and objectives in terms of energy transition and sustainable development. And to build the multi-energy company of tomorrow, OneTech has created its own Graduate Program!

The two-year OneTech Graduate Program gives you the opportunity to strengthen your knowledge and gain your first experience in the various energy sectors, including renewables: solar, wind, hydrogen, biogas and electricity.

On this career-accelerating program, you hold three different positions, each lasting approximately eight months, including at least one position in a research and development center. You are based on the Saclay plateau in the Paris region, at the Solaize research center near Lyon and at the Company’s headquarters in Paris La Défense (France).

Mobility is crucial to the program: you are also required to travel in the field and have the opportunity to visit the Company’s industrial facilities worldwide. A dedicated integration program has been set up and learning expeditions are run throughout the program.
