A consulting group seeks a Business Application Support Specialist in Rouen. This role supports WMS and ERP systems for an industrial site. Key responsibilities include user assistance, system support, and process improvement. The ideal candidate has a background in IT, experience with WMS, and strong communication skills. This position offers a permanent contract, fixed salary, bonuses, and health benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an IT support or application support role, ideally in an industrial context.
• Good understanding of logistics and production workflows.
• Strong interest in WMS systems and ERP tools.

Responsabilités

• Provide functional and technical support for WMS systems.
• Support operational teams in the use of ERP systems.
• Act as a key point of contact between business users and software vendors.
