Reboot Monkey is seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for an on-site role in Tours, FR. You will install and decommission hardware, perform cabling, rack servers, and manage cross-connects while coordinating with client teams. The role requires 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure and strong English communication.

Lift 50+ lbs, operate in raised floor environments, and participate in on-call rotations. On-site benefits are provided with career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure roles.
• Experience with server hardware (Dell/HP/Supermicro).
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform hardware installations, decommissions and migrations.
• Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber).
• Rack, stack and label servers in data center cabinets.
• Handle cross-connects and patch panels; document work with photos.
• Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
• Maintain notes and ticket updates in the system.
