Job summary

Virtuos Paris studio, situé près du centre de Paris et accessible par les transports publics, recherche un(e) office manager/administratif(ve). Vous assurez l’accueil, la gestion administrative et le support financier, tout en favorisant la vie du studio et le fonctionnement quotidien.

Le poste exige une formation en gestion/administration et une parfaite maîtrise du Pack Office, avec un sens de l’organisation et un bon relationnel.

Qualifications

• Formation en gestion, administration, comptabilité ou assistanat
• Excellente maîtrise des outils du Pack Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Maîtrise des procédures et pratiques administratives courantes
• Sens de l’organisation, ponctualité, rigueur et discrétion
• Bon relationnel et esprit d’équipe, anglais professionnel apprécié

Responsibilities

• Office Management: accueil physique et téléphonique, suivi des fournitures et prestataires, participation à la vie du studio, organisation des réunions et déplacements, communications internes, interface avec partenaires externes, onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs, participation à des projets QVCT
• Support financier et administratif ponctuel: gestion d’une partie des factures fournisseurs et vérification des notes de frais

Responsibilities

Rattaché au Directeur du Studio, vous participerez activement à la gestion administrative du studio :

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES

• Office Management
  • Accueil physique et téléphonique
  • Suivi des fournitures et gestion des prestataires (maintenance, sécurité, etc.)
  • Participation à la vie du studio (événements, communication interne)
  • Gérer l’organisation quotidienne du Studio (bureaux, équipements, etc.)
  • Organisation des réunions, déplacements et événements internes
  • Communications internes
  • Interface avec les partenaires externes et les équipes internes
  • Réaliser l’ onboarding des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Participer à des projets de QVCT
• Support financier et administratif ponctuel
  • Gestion d’une partie des factures fournisseurs
  • Vérification des notes de frais
