Pelico, Paris-based manufacturing orchestration company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to own the daily life of our Paris office within a flexible, hybrid setup. You’ll coordinate with building management, suppliers, and service providers to keep the workspace pleasant and productive.

You will lead end-to-end office projects, from subletting floors to moves and rolling out internal tools, while nurturing Pelico's culture through events and rituals. Fluency in English is required.

• Meticulous and detail-oriented; spot typos and discrepancies.
• Structured and autonomous; manage multiple priorities and prevent issues.
• Fluency in English required for international coordination.

Responsabilités

• Own the daily life of the Paris office; liaise with building management and vendors.
• Manage supplier relationships end to end: RFPs, negotiation, contracts and renewals.
• Lead cross-functional office projects (moves, sublets, internal tools).
• Coordinate internal events and culture initiatives to strengthen Pelico's culture.

What You'll Do

• Facility Operations: Own the daily life of our Paris office. Keep the space running, well stocked and pleasant to work in, and act as the main point of contact with our building management, suppliers and service providers.

• End-to-End Coordination: Run supplier relationships end to end: benchmarking, RFPs, negotiation, contract signature and renewal. Track spend and challenge costs where it makes sense.

• Project Management: Lead cross-functional office projects from A to Z, such as subletting our vacant floors, office moves or rolling out new internal tools.

• Internal Events & Culture: Be the driving force behind our team rituals, afterworks, seminars and offsites. You make the Pelico spirit tangible.

About You

• An experienced Office Manager, ideally with experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment.

• You are naturally meticulous and detail-oriented. You spot a typo in a contract or a discrepancy in a spreadsheet from a mile away.

• Structured and autonomous. You juggle several priorities at once, anticipate rather than react, and nothing falls through the cracks.

• Fluency in English is required for daily international coordination.

• Comfortable with modern tools: Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Spendesk, and quick to pick up new ones.

• Service-minded and genuinely enjoy making other people's working lives easier.
