Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Prepare persuasive proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Follow up sales activities from responding to RFI, RFP, PO reception to payment collection
  • Comply with company internal processes such as forecasting, legal compliance and submit weekly reports in a timely manner
  • Monitor and achieve sales target, aligned with company and personal objectives
  • Possess a good understanding of OEM/IoT technologies and solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design integrated solutions.
  • Resolve problems and provide solutions to customers
  • Provide market intelligence to internal teams
  • Support knowledge sharing sessions to explore new business opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders to review gaps and opportunities in businesses.
  • Work with other teams to secure design-wins projects.
  • Managing customer accounts for long-term relationships.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Proven work experience in Sales, Marketing or Account management
  • Experience in consumer electronics, OEM and IOT industry
  • Experience in working with R&D, product manager, sourcing team to secure design-win
  • Knowledge in mobile communication industry
  • Knowledge in key cellular technology and standards such as LTE, 5G, 5G-Redcap, etc
  • Knowledge in mobile technology standards like GSMA, ETSI, 3GPP, etc
  • Knowledge in smart card technology standards like GP, ISO7816, JavaCard, etc
  • Knowledge in technology such as NFC, eSE and eSIM an advantage
  • Excellent communicate and negotiation skills
  • Independent and highly motivated
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
