Honor is seeking Care Professionals to provide in-home care to senior Clients on the road. The role emphasizes compassionate communication, maintaining strong client relationships, and delivering personalized support with a focus on safety and well-being.

Eligible CNAs, HHAs, or LVNs can apply. The position offers a flexible schedule, competitive benefits, weekly pay, and 24/7 support, with a requirement for a valid driver’s license and background check clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months of paid senior caregiving experience or certification (CNA/HHA/LVN)
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Basic English reading/writing skills, bilingual/multilingual encouraged
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
• Use the Honor Care Pro App on a supported device

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain professional communication with Clients, their families, and co-workers
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients
• Assist Clients with all personal care needs

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain effective and professional communication and a strong relationship with Clients, their family members, and co-workers
• Provide personalized in-home support to senior Clients

Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:

• You must have a minimum of six months of paid senior caregiving experience OR one of the following certifications: CNA, HHA, LVN.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
• Use the Honor Care Pro App and must have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android.
