• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans.
• Identify and implement contractual, regulatory, technical, and customer requirements.
• Participate in project reviews, design reviews, and quality milestones.
• Verify compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and project requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as the quality focal point for assigned projects.
• Provide day-to-day quality support to project and operational teams.
• Participate in project progress meetings and governance reviews.
• Advise project stakeholders on the interpretation and application of quality requirements.
• Support project teams in identifying and resolving quality-related issues.
• Ensure quality requirements are flowed into purchase orders, contracts, and supplier documentation.
• Prepare and implement supplier and subcontractor surveillance programs.
• Monitor supplier compliance with quality requirements.
• Support supplier assessments, surveillance activities, and issue resolution.
• Lead or support root cause analysis activities.
• Define, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure closure of non-conformances and quality issues.
• Contribute to lessons learned programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote best practices across projects and teams.
• Prepare and support customer, supplier, and internal audits.
• Participate in assessments, inspections, and reviews by notified bodies and nuclear regulators.
• Monitor and coordinate audit findings and actions.
• Ensure readiness for external reviews and compliance evaluations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Develop, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs and performance indicators.
• Support deployment of quality culture and adherence to standards.
