About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear PET CT Technician to join our team in the Health Care Services industry. As a Nuclear PET CT Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using specialized equipment to produce images of a patient\'s body for diagnostic purposes. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses. Your role will be critical in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate\'s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiologic Technology
• Current certification by the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• Current state licensure as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
• Experience in performing Nuclear PET CT imaging procedures
• Knowledge of radiation safety procedures and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiologic Technology
• Experience with PET CT imaging procedures
• Experience with PET CT equipment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Performing diagnostic imaging procedures using specialized equipment to produce images of a patient\'s body for diagnostic purposes
• Administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients and monitoring their vital signs during the procedure
• Ensuring the safety of patients and staff by following established radiation safety procedures
• Maintaining accurate records of patient procedures and results
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
