Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in France seeks an Operations Manager to lead Steam Generator maintenance services at operating nuclear plants. Qualifications

• Experience leading nuclear field services operations.
• Strong background in Steam Generator maintenance activities is highly desirable.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Operations Managers and operational teams within your area of responsibility.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and profitable execution of services across the portfolio.
• Promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.
• Drive flawless execution by minimizing human error and maximizing equipment reliability.
• Define and implement initiatives to improve operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop operating models to enhance competitiveness and financial results.
• Support business growth through resource planning and during proposal/tender preparation.
• Contribute to Westinghouse as the supplier of choice through consistent delivery performance.
• Develop workforce and training plans aligned with business needs.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and competencies; promote cross-utilization across Steam Generator platforms.
• Develop tools to improve service preparation, field execution, and real-time monitoring.
• Drive standardization of processes, methods and best practices across operations.
• Lead improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
