Job summary

EDF Group's NUWARD is seeking an experienced engineer to lead modularity and constructability efforts for NSSS island integration in Paris. You will drive design reviews, coordinate with architects, suppliers and construction teams, and help define construction sequences to reduce on-site work and improve competitiveness.

The role requires at least 10 years in engineering, a mechanical engineering degree, and fluent English with some French.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in design, manufacturing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of NSSS and modularization processes.
• Proficiency in systems and/or layout design.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; basic French is a plus.
• Familiarity with BIM suggested as a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of modularity and constructability strategies within the NSSS island and coordinate with project teams.
• Drive basic design-to-construction activities ensuring schedules and methodologies are followed.
• Advise on manufacturing, assembly, and construction impacts and optimize construction sequences.
