Celgard, LLC seeks an Associate Manufacturing Tech – Night Shift to join the Concord, NC production team. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves operating multiple machines on a 12-hour night shift (2-2-3 schedule) in a 24/7 facility.

The position offers starting pay of $18.50/hour plus a $1.20 shift premium, potential overtime at time-and-a-half, and a $1000 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of industry experience in a manufacturing, production, or similar environment.
• Good attendance and safety records.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and set-up / operate multiple machines.
• Computer skills and the ability to learn different software programs and scanners.

Responsabilités

• Operate various types of industrial film manufacturing and processing equipment including extruders, laminators, ovens, deplyers, slitters, coaters, mixers, and core slabber.
• Prepare chemical solutions and monitor chemical processes; test product quality to meet standards.
• Troubleshoot production problems or malfunctioning instruments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment; ensure quality meets company standards.
• Maintain records and interface with multiple software programs for material transactions and process control.
• Perform routine optical inspections and recording of key process data.
