Ski Famille Limited in France is seeking a Chalet Hotel Night & Kitchen Porter to support overnight hotel operations and breakfast setup. Reporting to the Hotel Manager and Head Chef, you will help secure the premises, maintain cleanliness, and assist the kitchen team with basic prep for breakfast service.

This role suits a proactive, detail-oriented individual with hospitality experience, capable of working unsupervised overnight.

Qualifications

• Must be aged 21+ and have hospitality experience.
• Fluent spoken English; intermediate French desirable.
• Ability to work unsupervised and overnight.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude with customer service focus.

Responsabilités

• Set up dining area for breakfast service with table settings and buffet layout.
• Receive early morning deliveries; liaise with management in emergencies.
• Ensure hotel and guest security overnight.
• Clean and maintain public areas and kitchen equipment to high hygiene standards.
• Assist kitchen team with basic food prep and mise en place for breakfast.
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks including fridges, ovens, and storage areas.
• Follow Health & Safety and HACCP guidelines.
