The role covers financials, supply chain, CRM, and manufacturing modules, requires SuiteScript/Flow/Talk knowledge, and English-French fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business administration or related field.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Implementation Specialist with full lifecycle implementations.
• Knowledge of NetSuite modules including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk.
• Experience with financial accounting principles within NetSuite.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Certification is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Implementation Specialist to join our team at Modaxo Group France SAS.

Job Summary

This role will be responsible for the full lifecycle implementation of NetSuite solutions, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption across various business units.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in all phases of NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze current processes, and translate them into effective NetSuite solutions.
• Configure NetSuite modules and functionalities to meet specific business requirements, including financial management, supply chain, CRM, and manufacturing.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the NetSuite configuration and data.
• Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite functionalities and best practices.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and user manuals.
• Identify and troubleshoot NetSuite-related issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
• Work closely with development teams for customizations, integrations, and reports when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest NetSuite releases, features, and industry best practices.

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a NetSuite Implementation Specialist, with a strong track record of successful full lifecycle implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of NetSuite modules and functionalities, including SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Experience with financial accounting principles and practices within NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of business processes across various departments (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• NetSuite Administrator or Consultant certification is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
