JobCubby is seeking a Technology & Delivery Leader to architect and guide the Microsoft/.NET practice across modern engineering initiatives in a multinational environment. You will define standards, drive AI-first engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms.

This role emphasizes coaching, hiring, and COE enablement, shaping a cloud-native strategy on Azure and embracing API-first, container-first approaches while staying ahead on .NET updates

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, C#, EF Core, Web APIs, and async programming.
• Strong experience with Azure services: App Services, Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Cosmos DB.
• Knowledge of microservices, event-driven design, and distributed systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead the .NET MSFT practice strategy across engineering initiatives.
• Architect end-to-end product/platform solutions using .NET and Azure PaaS.
• Define coding standards, reusable patterns, and performance benchmarks.
• Drive AI-first engineering to boost productivity and autonomous behavior.
• Collaborate with UI, DevOps, Data, QA, and Product teams to deliver secure, scalable platforms.
