We are looking for a highly motivated Cloud and AI Solution Architect (CSA) with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Digital Natives CSU team in EMEA, focused on the French ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, partnering with some of the most innovative digital-native teams to design and scale AI‑first application platforms on Azure that form the foundation for the next generation of agentic experiences.

In this regional role, you will focus on both growing existing digital natives and engaging new ones, helping them evolve traditional SaaS applications into conversational AI experiences powered by intelligent automation and agentic systems. As a trusted advisor, you will guide customers in adopting Azure AI services, optimizing their model lifecycle, integrating responsible AI practices, and building scalable, production‑grade AI solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with founders and technical leaders to design platforms that not only power today’s applications but also enable self‑learning, adaptive AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide Digital Native customers in designing and scaling AI‑first applications on Azure, leveraging Azure AI, the Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, the Microsoft Agent Framework, GitHub Copilot, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) to accelerate innovation and drive intelligent, cloud‑native experiences.
• Lead customers through their AI and App Innovation journey on Azure, helping them architect well‑structured, large‑scale SaaS solutions that are resilient, secure, and optimized for performance and growth.
• Drive the adoption of generative and conversational AI by helping customers build innovative, safe, and production‑ready AI solutions, grounded in solid engineering and cloud architecture principles.
• Design modern, AI‑enabled application architectures that integrate Azure PaaS services, serverless capabilities, and DevOps best practices, ensuring seamless alignment between business goals and technical execution.
• Partner with founders, CTOs, and technical teams to co‑create AI solutions that combine intelligent automation, adaptive systems, and responsible AI principles to power next‑generation applications.
• Lead Architectural Design Sessions and technical workshops to define implementation plans that align AI innovation with customer business priorities, building consensus and momentum toward production.
• Collaborate closely with other Cloud Solution Architects, Engineers, and Product teams to deliver end‑to‑end, enterprise‑grade architectures aligned with the Azure Well‑Architected Framework.
• Build trusted, long‑term relationships with customer decision‑makers, enabling them to become advocates of Azure AI and App Innovation within their organizations.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer, sharing feedback, insights, and best practices with Engineering and product groups to improve Azure’s AI and application development capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across AI, application, and infrastructure layers to unlock new opportunities for innovation and adoption.
• Continuously expand your expertise in Azure AI, Copilot, AKS, MLOps, and SaaS architecture patterns, while contributing to the broader technical community through events, workshops, and success stories.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Proven years experience in technologies relevant to this role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND relevant experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
• Fluency in French, either as a native speaker or at a professional proficiency level, is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience with deep expertise in cloud/infrastructure technologies and consulting.
• Experience working in a customer‑facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• Experience working with startups and digital‑native organizations.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
