Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. invites applications for a full-time 5-month internship in its NAND Validation and Characterization team in Singapore.

The project covers functional validation and characterization of advanced NAND products, with hands-on work on validation tests, data analysis, and automation development. You will learn how silicon and simulation platforms are used to evaluate NAND functionality, gain programming experience, and contribute to test automation efforts under the guidance of

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s or equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Python, C, C++, or Perl.
• Knowledge of Verilog or SystemVerilog is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop functional/design validation tests for advanced NAND products using silicon and simulation platforms.
• Create usage-case tests and random-sequence validation tests to evaluate NAND commands and features.
• Investigate selected validation failures through log review, data analysis, experiment design, and root-cause analysis.
• Develop or enhance automation scripts and engineering tools using Python, C, C++, or Perl.
• Document technical findings and communicate results to engineering stakeholders.
