Responsibilities

• Analyze test results, yield data, and electrical measurements to identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct circuit simulations, engineering yield evaluations, or electrical failure analyses.
• Develop or enhance test coverage, data-analysis scripts, or automated reporting for the use case.
