Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in English and at least one of Italian, French or Portuguese. You will assist international clients via chat, email and phone from Athens, Greece, with on-site or remote options within Greece.

The role emphasizes high-quality service, issue resolution, and collaboration with internal teams on complex cases. A bilingual candidate with strong communication skills will thrive in our international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency (C1/C2) in Italian, French, or Portuguese.
• Proficiency in English at least B2.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in Greece (EU citizenship or valid work permit).

Responsabilités

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in assigned language and English.
• Provide accurate information and troubleshoot issues regarding customer accounts, services, or products.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members and internal departments on complex cases.
